CoconutLaunch provides an AI-powered service that generates personalized marketing plans based on questionnaire responses you provide. Our service includes:

  • A questionnaire to collect information about your business or project
  • AI processing of your responses to generate marketing recommendations
  • Delivery of a comprehensive marketing plan in PDF format

Each purchase entitles you to the generation of one (1) marketing plan. You may make additional purchases to generate additional plans.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use our service. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are using our service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all information you provide through the questionnaire.

Generated Marketing Plans: You own the marketing plans generated for you. You may use, modify, and distribute them without restriction.

Our Platform: All rights in our website, platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service utilizes third-party providers:

  • OpenAI: For AI processing of your questionnaire responses
  • Appwrite Cloud: For secure data storage
  • Stripe: For payment processing

Your use of our service is also subject to these providers' respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final, subject to our Money-Back Guarantee Terms, which are available at /money-back-guarantee-terms.

9. Privacy

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
