These Money-Back Guarantee Terms ("Guarantee Terms") govern the circumstances under which CoconutLaunch ("we", "us", or "our") will provide refunds for our AI-generated marketing plan service. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Guarantee Terms.
1. Scope of Guarantee
Our money-back guarantee applies in the following circumstances:
- When the AI-generated marketing plan delivered to you fails to meet basic standards of coherence, relevance, and professional quality, including circumstances where the generated content constitutes nonsensical output, completely irrelevant recommendations, or fundamentally inadequate strategic guidance that renders the marketing plan unusable for its intended purpose;
- When technical errors, system malfunctions, or service interruptions prevent the successful generation and delivery of your marketing plan, provided that our support team is unable to resolve the issue and deliver a completed marketing plan within the timeframe specified in Section 3.
2. Exclusions from Guarantee
This money-back guarantee does NOT apply in the following circumstances:
- Cases where you have provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information in the questionnaire on create.coconutlaunch.com;
- Subjective dissatisfaction with marketing strategies or recommendations that are otherwise coherent and professionally viable;
- Changes in your business circumstances, market conditions, or personal preferences after plan generation;
- Failure to implement the marketing plan or unsuccessful results from implementation.
3. Mandatory Support Process
Before any refund claim becomes eligible, you must:
- Contact our support team at contact@coconutlaunch.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
- Provide specific details regarding the inadequacies of the generated content;
- Allow our support team a minimum of three (3) business days to investigate the issue and attempt to provide a satisfactory resolution or replacement marketing plan.
Refund requests submitted without prior contact with our support team or before the expiration of the three (3) business day resolution period will not be processed.
4. Refund Process
If our support team determines that the marketing plan meets the criteria for a refund under these Guarantee Terms and cannot provide a satisfactory replacement, we will process a full refund of your payment within fourteen (14) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability under this money-back guarantee shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific marketing plan in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Guarantee Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Guarantee Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above and, where required by law, by providing additional notice to customers. Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
